Garbage Truck
The electric two-axle refuse truck is a modern, eco-friendly solution for municipal services, combining the reliability of a conventional truck chassis with advanced, quiet technology. The vehicle is built on a robust two-axle, 4x2 frame that compactly integrates the powertrain, battery packs, and the hydraulic system for the rear-loading waste body—which features a built-in compaction mechanism. It operates on a fully electric drivetrain: an electric motor delivers torque to the rear drive axle, ensuring instant response, smooth operation, and zero exhaust emissions during frequent stops in residential areas. Power is supplied by a lithium-ion battery array, while an intelligent regenerative braking system recovers kinetic energy during deceleration, significantly extending the vehicle's urban driving range. The powertrain delivers a peak power output of 265 kW and 3,100 Nm of torque, supporting a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of up to 18 tonnes. The 190 kWh battery pack provides a range of up to 200 km on a single charge—more than enough for a full work shift. The truck supports DC fast charging (CCS up to 150 kW), allowing the battery to be recharged in 1–1.5 hours, as well as standard overnight AC charging 22 kW.
