City Bus
A full-size, low-floor electric city bus designed for scheduled passenger transport in heavy urban traffic. Its design is based on a fully electric powertrain comprising a traction motor, battery packs, power electronics, and an energy management system. The electric motor is mounted directly onto the drive axle, resulting in a compact drivetrain that eliminates the need for a traditional transmission, driveshaft, and exhaust system. Lithium-ion battery packs are housed in the frame beneath the floor, maintaining structural integrity and a low center of gravity while ensuring improved handling and ease of battery replacement. The bus is equipped with multiple battery modules offering a total capacity of several hundred kWh and is charged via an external power grid connection. The body features a modern, aerodynamic shape, a wide windshield, large side windows, and a spacious interior with multiple doors for rapid passenger boarding and alighting. The low-floor design and absence of steps make the bus accessible to passengers with limited mobility, while designated spaces for wheelchairs and strollers enhance its practicality on urban routes. The electric system delivers smooth acceleration with high low-speed torque and near-silent operation. During braking, the electric motor acts as a generator, feeding a portion of the kinetic energy back into the battery. Energy recovery and intelligent power management systems are employed to maximize efficiency. Key components are monitored by an electronic control system that integrates the powertrain, batteries, climate control, safety systems, and information displays. Visually, the bus combines traditional city bus architecture with distinctive electric vehicle features, such as the absence of an exhaust system and a specialized electric powertrain. As a result, the model serves as a fully-fledged modern urban transport vehicle designed for regular operation, frequent stops, intensive acceleration and braking cycles, and zero-emission performance.
