Turboprop transport
The turboprop transport aircraft is a high-tech machine designed to handle the most complex logistical challenges. Its design features a robust high-wing configuration and a spacious, pressurized cargo hold, powered by four potent turboprop engines. This high-wing layout allows for a rear-mounted cargo ramp, facilitating the convenient loading of oversized machinery, as well as pallets of medical supplies or food, directly from the ground. The propulsion system relies on modern six-bladed propellers that generate the immense thrust required for takeoffs from very short, high-altitude, or unprepared (unpaved) runways. A digital electronic engine control system ensures optimal fuel efficiency and reliability throughout every phase of the flight. A key, unique feature of the propulsion system is its highly efficient thrust-reversal capability. Immediately upon touchdown, the blades of all four propellers instantly switch to a special reverse mode: they rotate to a critical angle, thereby reversing the direction of the airflow. Instead of generating forward thrust, the propellers forcefully drive air forward—in the direction of travel—creating a powerful aerodynamic braking force. This engineering solution, combined with a rugged multi-wheel landing gear system featuring tire-pressure regulation, allows the multi-ton aircraft to brake almost instantly. This minimizes the landing roll—even on extremely slippery, snow-covered, or muddy unpaved airstrips in disaster zones where conventional wheel brakes would be ineffective. Combined with a fully "glass" cockpit, modern avionics, advanced navigation systems, and increased payload capacity, this aircraft is an unrivaled transport capable of delivering vital cargo to the most remote and inaccessible locations on the planet—places beyond the reach of other modes of transport.
